How do you spell KungFu or is it Kung-Fu?

Why isn't it in yahoo's spell check? It drives me nuts trying to type it.|||It is two words: Working hard. So its Kung Fu.





But Kung fu is Mandarin; it is Gung Fu in Cantonese.|||It is just Kung Fu.I actually had the exact same problem about a month ago.XD|||Kung-Fu is the more accepted way to spell it. It is also written as Gung-Fu at times. In the 1960's when I began my martial arts training it was common to see magazines like Black Belt Magazine use either depending on what they were writing about. The difference is that there are many different dialects of the Chinese language. Therefore different spellings.





As for it not being in the spell check..... You can simply place your cursor over the word, used a right click, and select the "add word" to place it as you spelled it in the spell check dictonary.

Because it's in english, the authentic spelling should be in Chinese
