What asian/funny/weird/kungfu movie is this?

I saw it on a plane ride to Hong Kong, it was absolutely hilarious. This dude wore like, a garfield mask and fought all these people off haha. And at one point this guy wore an Ultraman mask like thing lol|||Could it be Love on Delivery?
