Have a look at what classes are offered in your area, go down to them, try them out, see what you enjoy and whats taught the best.|||I think you should go for wrestling since you're big.|||Of course you can do martial arts! There are MANY different styles of martial arts for every type of person - you just have to find it and know what you're looking for. For example: Aikido is a Japanese-originated martial art that deals with throws and joint locks, while Tae Kwon Do or Shaolin Kung Fu are more acrobatic and showy (though not necessarily as effective in a street fight.) There are PLENTY of options (trust me - I've spent the last ten years researching various martial arts besides the one I practice.) Just remember that there are a LOT of martial arts, but we're all basically going for the same goal - just taking different roads to get there. Kenpo Grandmaster Ed Parker said: "In martial arts, it's not always about whose right, but whose left..." I would try Judo, Aikido, Boxing, or Tai Chi - there's a lot of options!! The best martial art is the one that works for you.|||boxing ...... but you can do any martial art style you want but not much are made 4 big guys|||greco roman wrestling along with submission wresting
